Solution Description

MES PHARIS is a web-based modular information system. MES stands for Manufacturing Execution System. It is a full-fledged manufacturing execution system for production planning & scheduling, production control, maintenance management, production logistics management, Kanban and data collection from machines. MES PHARIS covers the production process from the moment of creation of a work order, including work confirmation all the way to the stocking of the final product. MES ensures continual online monitoring and management of production, data collection from machines and equipment (IMM, CNC, assembly lines, lathes, grinders, dryers, therms, control stations and more...) and gathering of all supplementary data. MES then provides tools for production performance analysis with the aim of increasing the effectivity and rentability of the whole production company.
