Solution Description

DIAMES is a proactive real-time MES system that extends the scope from ERP system to the shop floor and provides a set of integrated functionalities for maintenance, quality management, human resources and product tracking. These options create conditions that results in an effective and sustainable process of improvement in terms of overall production efficiency and production capacity, and further reduce costs in line with the objectives set.

DIAMES online monitors critical activities, performance, runtime, all kinds of downtime, key quality indicators, performance and others. These key indicators are measured against production standards provided by the ERP system. Managers and operators of work centers use DIAMES services and tools to visualize individual manufacturing processes and overall plant activity. This real-time iinfomration, combined with the personal experience of specific business processes, enables immediate action to increase productivity and reduce identified losses.
